Assembly Elections-2024 General Observer visits Dooru-AC, reviews Election preparations

ANANTNAG, SEPTEMBER 15: The General Observer, Sudanshu Mohan Samal Sunday visited the 41-Dooru Assembly Constituency (AC) to review the preparations for the upcoming General Assembly Elections 2024, here.
During the visit, the General Observer chaired a meeting at Town Hall Dooru, which was attended by the Returning Officer and other Nodal Officers of the constituency.

The General Observer thoroughly assessed all aspects of the election preparations. The discussions focused on ensuring that all arrangements are in place for smooth and effective elections. Samal emphasized the importance of conducting a fair, transparent, and error-free election.

The officers were directed to adhere to the highest standards of electoral integrity and to address any potential issues promptly. The General Observer reiterated the commitment to uphold democratic values and ensure that the election process is conducted in accordance with established guidelines.

Polling for the District Anantnag including 41 Dooru constituency will take place on September 18, 2024 as part of the first phase of elections in Jammu & Kashmir.
