REASI, NOVEMBER 11: Additional District Magistrate, Reasi in exercise of powers vested under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 hereby ordered and require all the construction agencies in District Reasi doing construction activities to furnish the details of their workers consisting of Name, Parentage, Age, residential Address, Aadhaar No., Mobile No. to their respective Police Stations and concerned Tehsildars within a period of 30 days (Hard & Soft copies) positively.
Any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 223 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall implement this order in letter & spirit.
