KISHTWAR, NOVEMBER 18: Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar, Phulail Singh conducted an inspection tour of the remote Panchayats of Hiloor, Sangna, Bhutna, and Churyana in the Kuntwara Belt, Block Drabshalla, to inspect ongoing works, and ensure their timely completion without compromising quality.

The ACD directed contractors to adhere to quality standards and complete the projects within the stipulated time frame. He emphasized the importance of maintaining quality and instructed the installation of Community Information Boards (CIBs) at each worksite. Field functionaries were urged to enhance their supervision and monitoring of developmental works.

He also encouraged job seekers to avail themselves of wage employment opportunities provided under the MGNREGA scheme. He also directed PMAY-G beneficiaries to ensure the early completion of their houses. Regarding SBM-G, he emphasized the need for behavioral change and instructed optimal utilization and functionality of assets created under the scheme.

A significant focus of the visit was selecting land for constructing the Panchayat Ghar in Hiloor. This process, carried out in collaboration with local residents, reflects the administration’s commitment to community-driven development.

Additionally, ACD Kishtwar attended a Public Grievance Redressal Camp, where grievances were resolved on the spot. He instructed field functionaries to ensure the timely redressal of public concerns.
Ajay Singh BDO Drabshalla, and other staff members accompanied the ACD during the visit.
