SHOPIAN, JANUARY 16: The Department of Ayush Shopian organized several programmes at Ayush Gram Village Killora, focusing on promoting health and wellness.
The activities including Yoga Session, Drug De-addiction program, Immunization Drive and promotion of Herbal Use were conducted on the occasion.
Yoga Session was aimed to emphasize physical and mental well-being through traditional practices; Drug De-addiction Program, intended at raising awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and providing support for individuals seeking recovery and during Immunization Drive vaccines were administered to enhance community health and immunity against various diseases.
While in the event of promotion of Herbal Use, participants were educated about the benefits and applications of herbs in daily life for maintaining good health.
Free Medical camp was also held at Killora, Shopian where patients were provided free consultations, check-ups and medicines.
