DODA, FEBRUARY 03: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Harvinder Singh today chaired a meeting in Mini Meeting Hall, DC Office Complex to finalize the Scale of Finance for Kharif 2025 and Rabi 2025-26.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, General Manager DIC, Chief Agriculture Officer, Lead District Manager and other senior officers. Also present were branch heads of various banks, DD Manager NABARD, Zonal Head J&K Bank, branch managers, the Nodal Officer JKEDI, and other stakeholders.
Discussions were held on different financial aspects, including the Scale of Finance for the upcoming cropping seasons, as well as the progress of District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) cases under schemes like Mumkin, Tejaswini, and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (S.E.I).
The meeting reviewed cases under PMEGP and JKREGP, ensuring timely approvals and financial support to beneficiaries.
The DDC emphasized the need for a streamlined financial structure to support farmers and entrepreneurs. He directed the concerned officers to ensure efficient processing of financial cases to maximize benefits for the people of the district.
