ADC Reasi reviews progress of Registration Process under JK Samadhan Portal

REASI, MARCH 5: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Reasi, Rakesh Kumar convened a crucial review meeting today with all concerned officers and stakeholders to evaluate the progress of the registration process under the JK Samadhan Portal.

The meeting was attended by key officials, including the ACD, SDMs, CMO, CAO, CEO, DMO, DSWO, and other concerned officers, Tehsildars, and BDOs participated virtually.

Speaking on the occasion, ADC Rakesh Kumar emphasized the critical importance of timely and efficient registration of grievances through the JK Samadhan Portal. He highlighted how the portal serves as a vital tool for citizens to access government services and resolve disputes with ease.

The ADC stressed that the successful registration process would directly contribute to improving government-citizen engagement and ensuring that grievances are addressed promptly. He also called upon all concerned line departments to focus on maximum outreach and participation to ensure that the portal reaches every citizen who requires assistance.

Additionally, ADC Rakesh Kumar directed the officers to assign clear targets to their respective teams for registering citizens on the portal. He instructed SDMs to regularly monitor the progress of the registration process to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.

The JK Samadhan Portal is an important step in the administration’s effort to streamline the grievance redressal system, making government services more accessible and transparent for all residents.
