DC inspects Board Examination Centers in Doda

DODA, MARCH 08: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harvinder Singh today visited Government Boys Higher Secondary School to inspect the ongoing Class 11th and 12th examinations.

During the inspection, the DC Doda thoroughly reviewed the seating arrangements, security measures, and overall adherence to the prescribed examination guidelines. He interacted with students appearing for their exams, offering words of encouragement and advising them to remain focused and confident in their preparations. He also took feedback from the examinees regarding the examination atmosphere and facilities provided.

The DC further engaged with the examination staff and supervisory teams, instructing them to maintain the highest standards of discipline and fairness. He emphasized the importance of vigilance to prevent any malpractice and urged officials to provide a stress-free and transparent examination process.

He also took stock of other necessary arrangements, including electricity supply, seating comfort, and the availability of drinking water, ensuring that students do not face any inconvenience during the exams.

The DC lauded the efforts of the school administration and education department in making comprehensive arrangements for the examinations. He further assured that the district administration remains dedicated to providing all necessary support to educational institutions for the seamless execution of academic activities.
