KUPWARA, MARCH 15: An awareness programme on the three newly enacted criminal laws was today organized at Mini Secretariat Tangdar, with the participation of senior law enforcement officials and administrative officers.
The programme was aimed at educating the public, legal practitioners, and government officials about the key provisions and implications of the newly introduced criminal laws.
SDM Karnah, Zaffar Ahmad Lone; Senior APP Munsif JMIC Karnah, Khalid Mushtaq Mirchal; BDO Karnah, ZEO Tangdar, Naib Tehsildars Tangdar and Chamkote, SHO Karnah, Asha workers were present at the event, sharing valuable insights on the legal reforms and their enforcement.
During the session, Senior APP Munsif JMIC Karnah emphasized the significance of the new laws in strengthening the justice system and ensuring a more effective legal process. They discussed the major amendments, procedural changes, and their impact on law enforcement and the judicial system.
Participants were encouraged to familiarize themselves with these changes to ensure better compliance and understanding.
