UDHAMPUR, MARCH 25: Government Degree College Neeli Nallah Udhampur today launched its maiden Newsletter, “Neer: The Campus Chronicles”, marking a significant milestone for the institution.
The event was held under the guidance of Principal of the College Prof. (Dr.) Seema Arora and attended by Principal Guests Prof. Kuldeep Sharma, Principal GDC Jindrah; Dr. Rajni Bhagat, Principal GDC Katra and Dr. Shalini Sharma, Principal GDC Majalta.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by Saraswati Vandana presented by the students.
After the welcome address, the newsletter was unveiled as a testament of the college’s accomplishments, academic excellence, innovation and community engagement, highlighting the notable achievements of the students and the staff members.
In the end, the Principal and the invited guests felicitated and awarded the students who have displayed exceptional talent and achieved remarkable victories in various academic, cultural and sporting endeavours acknowledging their perseverance and dedication.
The vote of thanks was given by Prof. Shaista Yasmeen, Department of English.
