UDHAMPUR, JUNE 14: District Election Officer Saloni Rai, today discussed the preparation and pre-Electoral Roll revision activities with the representatives of the political parties.
Detailed discussions were held on key aspects to facilitate smooth revision process, besides any public demand for the creation of new and bifurcation of existing polling stations.
The DEO urged political representatives to promptly submit the list of the Booth Level Agents of their respective parties, while underlining their crucial role in the voter verification process. She assured all stakeholders that the revision exercise would be conducted strictly as per the ECI guidelines.
Highlighting the importance of inclusive participation, the DEO encouraged the political representatives to mobilize their BLAs to actively assist voters in verifying and updating their details during the revision.
