KISHTWAR, DECEMBER 12: The Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar, Phulail Singh today conducted a comprehensive review meeting with Block Development Officers, technical staff, and dealing hands to discuss the progress of development works under CAPEX and SBM-G in the district.
During the meeting, the ACD reviewed the physical and financial status of works under CAPEX and SBM-G and directed the officials to ensure the completion of works immediately.
He also instructed the officials to submit work bills for treasury as per funds released on the BEAMS portal.
The ACD emphasized the need for timely completion of works and cautioned against waiting until the end of the month.
He also instructed BDOs to furnish daily work-wise progress reports to track the progress of blocks.
While reviewing SBM-G, the ACD asked officers to submit Action Taken Reports (ATRs) on previously discussed points. He stressed the importance of proper documentation of cleanliness drives, beautification of villages, buildings, chowks, panchayat ghars, maintenance of SBM-G created assets, and maintenance of street lights in rural areas.
The ACD directed the officials to ensure the sustainability of ODF status in the district. He also emphasized the need for effective implementation of the SBM-G and timely completion of works.
