ADC conducts surprise inspection of Government Offices in sub-division Handwara

KUPWARA, OCTOBER 29: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Aziz Ahmad Rather today conducted a surprise inspection of few Government offices in sub-division Handwara to evaluate the institution’s working, punctuality of staff and check the compliance of government guidelines.

   During the surprise inspection, the ADC visited Tehsil Social Welfare Office Handwara, ICDS Office Handwara and others to assess the service delivery and punctuality of the officials.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that the surprise inspection aimed to assess employee attendance and operational efficiency to ensure accountability and uphold high standards of public service.

During the inspection, the ADC reviewed biometric attendance records, engaged with staff members, and evaluated workplace conditions to promote a culture of responsibility and enhance the overall effectiveness of government offices.

On the occasion, ADC emphasized maintaining punctuality and a productive work environment for delivering quality services, reinforcing the importance of transparency and dedication within the offices. He said that no laxity will be allowed in the maintenance of proper discipline and punctuality in government offices, in the interest of the greater common good and efficient public service delivery.
