GANDERBAL, SEP18: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today convened a meeting of officers to review the status of public grievances received on Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (IGRAMS) in the district.
On the occasion ADC took review of disposal of grievances department wise and instructed the officers to ensure quality disposal of public grievances within the stipulated time frame.
While interacting with the officers, the ADC reiterated that the District Administration is committed to ensure quality and timely disposal of grievances of the locals and action will follow if any laxity is found vis-à-vis their disposal.
He also directed concerned departments to dispose-off the pending grievances at an earliest.
The meeting was attended by CEO, EO Municipality, CHO other concerned officials.
