KULGAM, MAY 15: Department of Youth Services and Sports Kulgam today organized a function at Mini Secretariat Kulgam for distribution of sports kits among specially abled deaf and dumb cricketers of the district.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Waqar Ahmad Giri distributed sports kits among the players and appreciated their determination, courage and sporting spirit.
He emphasized the importance of inclusive sports activities and assured full support from the District Administration for promotion of sports among specially abled youth in the district.
