JAMMU, OCTOBER 27: The Animal Husbandry Directorate Jammu (AHDJ) marked the commencement of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 (26th October – 1st November 2026) with the administration of the Integrity Pledge to officers and staff under this year’s theme, “Probity for Prosperity”.
Addressing the gathering, the Director Animal Husbandry Jammu Dr Yugal Kishor said that Vigilance Awareness week is celebrated every year to sensitise the govt employees and other stakeholders about the need for adoption of transparency and integrity in governance. He further underscored the importance of promoting honesty and integrity in public services and urged the employees to contribute towards building a corruption-free society.
The event concluded with a collective resolve to uphold the values of good governance and probity. Similar Integrity Pledge taking events were also held in Animal Husbandry department offices across the Jammu division with great deal of enthusiasm and commitment.
