Anti -drug abuse awareness programme organized at GGHS, GMS Pul Doda

DODA, JUNE 4: An impactful and interactive awareness programme on drug abuse prevention was today organized at Government Girls High School (GGHS) Pul Doda and Government Middle School (GMS) Pul Doda under the guidance of Headmaster Shafqat Ara. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and staff alike, conveying a strong message against the menace of drug abuse.

Students from different classes showcased their creativity and understanding of the issue through skits, speeches, posters and thought-provoking presentations.

Their performances reflected deep insight into the harmful effects of drug addiction and the importance of saying “no” to drugs. The event aimed to empower young minds with the knowledge needed to resist peer pressure and make healthy life choices.

All staff members actively participated in the program, extending their support and encouragement to the students. Notably, Swami Raj, Master delivered an engaging and informative lecture, highlighting the disastrous effect of drugs on the individuals and the society as a whole.

The programme concluded with a collective pledge by students and staff, affirming to continue their fight against the drug menace.
