Assembly Elections- 2024 DEO inspects Polling Stations in Bhalla Tehsil

DODA, SEPTEMBER 05: District Election Officer (DEO), Doda, Harvinder Singh today conducted a thorough inspection of polling stations at Gajoth and the adjoining areas of Bhalla Tehsil today.
The visit was aimed at reviewing the preparedness for the upcoming Assembly Election-2024.

During the inspection, the DEO emphasized the importance of providing voters with accessible and safe polling facilities. He directed the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Doda to expedite the necessary repairs and maintenance of polling stations located in various schools across the district. The repairs are to be completed at the earliest to ensure that the polling infrastructure is in optimal condition ahead of the elections -2024.

The DEO urged all stakeholders to work in coordination to address any issues related to polling stations and ensure the successful conduct of elections.
