Assembly Elections- 2024 Randomization of polling staff held in Reasi

REASI, SEPTEMBER 06: In preparation for the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly, the first Randomization of Polling Staff to be deployed at 436 Polling Stations across three Assembly Constituencies of Reasi District was held today, here in the DC Office Complex.

The Randomization process was held under the supervision of District Election Officer (DEO), Vishesh Mahajan and in presence of the concerned Officers.

The Randomization process was conducted through the dedicated Software as per the prescribed guidelines of Election Commission of India ensuring fairness and impartiality in the selection of Polling Staff.

A database of 2140 employees was randomized which includes around 25% staff reserved to meet any exigency.
ADDC Sukhdev Singh Samayal, Dy. DEO Reasi Rakesh Kumar, RO-57 Anshumali Sharama, Nodal Officer IT/ ETPBS Asheesh and other concerned were present during the Randomisation process.
