ADC assures time-bound redressal of public grievances

BANDIPORA, APRIL 26: The District Administration Bandipora on Saturday organized Block Diwas at the Block Office Arin to address public grievances and review developmental initiatives in the area.

The event, presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bandipora, Zaffar Husson Shawl, witnessed the participation of DDC member Arin, Ghulam Mohiuddin; Chief Planning Officer, district officers of various departments, senior citizens, youth, and former Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members.

During the event, locals and representatives raised various developmental issues and demands of public welfare.
Responding to the public issues, ADC assured that all genuine demands will be addressed on priority. He directed the relevant departments to assess feasibility for proposed initiatives, and further instructed the concerned Tehsildar to identify suitable land for the upgradation of sports infrastructure in the area.

Further in order to boost sports and youth engagement, sports kits were distributed among children and rechargeable lanterns were handed over to meritorious students.
