Srinagar, Dec 02: Renowned Bollywood singer Sadhana Sargam expressed her heartfelt admiration for the captivating beauty of Kashmir, describing it as the paradise on earth.

During her recent visit to the Valley for a singing show namely ‘Singing Stars of J&K’, at University of Kashmir, she was moved by the breathtaking landscapes, serene ambience and the hospitality and warmth of Kashmiris.

Speaking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Sadhana said Kashmir is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places she has ever been to.

“The combination of snow-capped mountains, lush meadows, and sparkling lakes is truly mesmerising. It’s a place where nature’s artistry is on full display,” she added.

Her fascination extended beyond the natural beauty to the rich cultural heritage and the hospitality of the Kashmiri people. “The Kashmiri people are so warm and welcoming,” she said adding their kindness and genuine hospitality made her visit more special.

Replying about the show, she said the youth is talented and they need a platform where they can showcase their talent. Once they get an opportunity, they will fly very high.

Sargam’s visit has left an indelible mark on her heart saying “I will cherish the memories of my time here forever”—(KNO)
