RAJOURI, OCTOBER 29: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, a capacity building training programme on the roll-out of e-Office 2.0- up to the block and tehsil level was held at the Conference Hall of the DC Office Rajouri. The training was conducted under the close supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Malikzada Sheraz ul Haq.

Speaking on the occasion, the ADDC highlighted that the implementation of e-Office 2.0 would significantly enhance efficiency, transparency and accountability in functioning of government offices. He said the system will promote a paperless environment and ensure faster processing and tracking of files and applications, thereby improving service delivery to the public.

The training session witnessed the participation of district officers, master trainers, nodal officers and e-desk officials nominated by different departments. The participants were sensitized about the features, workflow and operational procedures of the upgraded e-office platform to ensure smooth and uniform implementation across all administrative units.

The initiative marks another step towards the digital transformation of governance in the district, in line with the vision of achieving a transparent and efficient administrative setup.
