UDHAMPUER, SEPTEMBER 1: A virtual meeting was held on September 01, 2025 in the Conference Hall of the District Court Complex in Udhampur to discuss preparations for the upcoming National Lok Adalat scheduled for September 13th, 2025.
The meeting was attended by representatives from local banks, insurance companies and their respective advocates.
The meeting was chaired by Principal District and Sessions Judge (Chairman DLSA) Udhampur Virinder Singh Bhou. The primary objective of the meeting was to review pending cases and discuss strategies for efficient case management and settlement of disputes through the Lok Adalat. By promoting amicable resolution, the meeting aimed to reduce court backlogs and provide relief to litigants.
