GANDERBAL, AUGUST 23: Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Ganderbal, Nuzhat Ishfaq, today conducted an extensive visit to Batwina area of the district to review and assess the developmental requirements of the locality.
She was accompanied by DDC Wakura, Mohammad Ashraf; ACR Ganderbal, Sheikh Salahudin; Assistant Commissioner Panchayat Ganderbal, Altaf Ahmad; Tehsildar Wakura, and officials from various line departments.
During the visit, local residents apprised the Chairperson of several developmental demands including improved road connectivity, establishment of proper playground, and augmentation of other basic amenities in the area.
While interacting with the locals, Nuzhat assured that all genuine grievances and demands raised by the people of Batwina will be taken up with the concerned departments on priority for timely redressal.
