DODA, JUNE 18: Chief Medical Officer Doda Dr Vinod Sharma, who is also the Registering Authority for Clinical Establishments in the district, convened a meeting with owners and representatives of Clinical Establishments including PCPNDT Units, in his office chamber.
The meeting apprised all stakeholders of the new Single Window System (SWS) for Clinical Establishments, under which all applications for fresh registrations, renewals, approvals, amendments and related services will be processed exclusively through the newly launched online portal.
It was emphasised that the system has been introduced to ensure greater transparency, efficiency, accountability and ease of access and all Clinical Establishment owners and PCPNDT Unit operators were urged to familiarise themselves with the portal and ensure timely compliance with prescribed procedures.
Participants appreciated the initiative and raised queries on the operational aspects of the portal, which were also addressed.
Among those present were District Health Officer Doda Dr Raj Kumar Sharma, Block Medical Officer Ghat Dr Abdul Gafoor, CHO Mohd Shafi Attu and Senior Assistant and Dealing Assistant for Clinical Establishments Raqua Naz.
