UDHAMPUR, JUNE 24: A Two Day awareness and benefit saturation camp Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan(DAJGUA) concluded today at Panchayat Ghar Chapper-A in Block Latti.
The program was conducted under the overall supervision of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dudu who is also the Nodal Officer for the Abhiyan.
Stalls were set up by the departments to provide on-the-spot services to the Tribal community and facilitate their registrations for different welfare and developmental schemes and services. The public participated with great enthusiasm availing themselves of the schemes and services.
Adding a cultural touch to the program, students from Government Higher Secondary School Latti presented a vibrant cultural programme.
The officials from department of Agriculture, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Health, Social Welfare, Revenue and others briefed the public about key government schemes viz. PM-KISAN, MGNREGA, Ayushman Bharat, Kisan Credit Card and other welfare initiatives.
The Block Development Officer elaborated on the objectives of the Dharti Aaba Abhiyan. He emphasized the campaign’s mission to achieve 100% saturation of individual entitlements and to ensure the last-mile delivery of benefits to Tribal people.
