Bandipora, August 24: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora Thursday inaugurated the Inter-District Provincial Level (UT) Table Tennis Tournament at Indoor Sports Stadium Shadipora, Sumbal.
The tournament is being organised by the Youth Services and Sports Department. Tennis players from various districts across the Union Territory, including different age groups of boys and girls are participating in the event.
Dr Owais, on the occasion, said that such events not only highlight the potential of our athletes but also bring them together to celebrate the spirit of sports. He said district Bandipora has a huge potential in the sports field, and District Administration is always at forefront to provide full support.
Among others, SDM Sumbal, District Youth Services, and Sports Officer, besides a large number of spectators, were present on the occasion.
