KISHTWAR, JULY 11: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma today reviewed the Local Area Development Plan (LADP) under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) Plan of Hydroelectric Power Projects (HEPP) in the District.
The meeting focused on reviewing the physical and financial progress of local area development activities and social and community development packages of HEPP under the R&R Plan.
The review meeting covered four major projects, namely Kiru HEPP, Pakal Dul HEPP, Ratle HEPP and Kwar HEPP.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of adhering to guidelines and completing these works within set timelines, highlighting that these projects are for the welfare of the common masses, particularly the Project Affected Families (PAFs).
The meeting was attended by officers from concerned departments, executing agencies and Officers of HEPPs.
The District Administration Kishtwar is committed to ensuring the timely completion of the earmarked works, which will benefit the local community and PAFs.
