KULGAM, JULY 17: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan along with SSP Kulgam, Sahil Sarangal today visited Shahoo Sachan to oversee the arrangements for the Muharram today.
They took part in the observance of Ashoora and also distributed water among the mourners.
Among others, the DC was accompanied by ACR, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone; Tehsildar besides other officers.
