After detailed review, the meeting was informed that all essential commodities, including LPG cylinders, petrol and diesel are available in sufficient quantities and there is no shortage in any area of the District.

The Deputy Commissioner directed the Assistant Director FCS&CA and Tehsil Supply Officers to regularly monitor the sale and stock position of LPG and conduct inspections of LPG sale counters. He asked officers and oil companies to ensure timely replenishment and smooth distribution of supplies.

Warning against black-marketing, illegal hoarding and overcharging, the Deputy Commissioner said any attempt to create artificial scarcity will be viewed seriously. He directed the concerned officers to maintain strict vigilance and take stringent action against violators.
