UDHAMPUR, JUNE 03: A meeting of the District Level Committee on Change of Land Use was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai.
The Committee reviewed a total of 9 cases submitted by applicants online. After detailed deliberation and scrutiny, 5 cases were approved.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasised the need for timely communication of deficiencies to applicants and directed the concerned officers to ensure the prompt issuance of No objection certificates after thorough verification of documents.
The DC further instructed the officers to conduct joint site visits and verify geo-coordinates before granting approvals.
Among others, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Dr. Umesh Shan and other officers attended the meeting.
