DC Udhampur reviews working of Revenue Department

UDHAMPUR, MAY 29: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, led a comprehensive review meeting of Revenue officers in the Conference Hall DC Office Complex, here today.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Joginder Singh Jasrotia, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Dr. Umesh Shan, SDM Ramnagar Rafiq Ahmad Jaral, SDM Chenani Gurdev Kumar, SDM Dudu Dr. Manmeet Kumar along with all Tehsildars, participated in the meeting.

Detailed discussions were held on various aspects which include digitization of records, quality assurance of updated Jamabandies and digitized Mussavies, restoration of damaged Mussavies, backlog mutations data entry, progress on revenue court cases, Public Service Guarantee Act implementation, complaint redressal, grievance resolution, and building permissions, as well as eviction of State Land were discussed in detail.

The DC issued directives to expedite pending tasks within defined timelines, emphasizing adherence to established rules and laws and the delivery of services within PSGA-prescribed timeframes.
SDMs and Tehsildars were tasked with prioritizing the resolution of all pending cases.
