Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Budgam, Nazir Ahmad Khan, has expressed profound concern over the recent fire incident in Beerwah main town that resulted in significant losses for a local entrepreneur.

Khan expressed his concern and call for immediate action. I am very concerned about the fire incident in Beerwah main town where a young entrepreneur lost his assets. I request the administration to assist this young man namely Adil Mukhtar and conduct a fire safety audit of all buildings in Beerwah town, he said.

Khan emphasized the importance of supporting local entrepreneurs, particularly in times of crisis. He called upon the district administration to provide immediate assistance to Aadil Mukhtar to help him recover from this setback. He stressed the need for a comprehensive fire safety audit of all buildings in Beerwah to prevent such incidents in the future. He also highlighted the critical role of safety measures and preparedness in protecting the lives and properties of residents and businesses in the region.

He assured the residents that every possible step would be taken to enhance fire safety standards and safeguard the interests of the people of Beerwah. Khan extended his sympathy to Aadil Mukhtar and assured him of his full support during this challenging time.
