The 105-year-old Azee Begum of Hakbara village told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that she cast her vote for the benefit of her locality, which was being ignored by the authorities in terms of the development.

She also said she has been a regular voter and didn’t want to miss her chance even today with the hope to see her village developed.

Meanwhile, the Hajin-A constituency polled 21.38 per cent votes till 10 am. The polling began at 7 am and will ended at 2 pm—(KNO)
