DODA, MARCH 22: District Election Officer Doda, Harvinder Singh today conducted a thorough inspection of election strong room at Government Degree College (GDC) Doda here.
The inspection aimed to ensure all necessary arrangements were in place, including camera surveillance, security deployment, setup of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) machines.
Accompanied by the ACR Doda and Tehsildar Doda, along with other officials, the DEO visited Tehsil office to evaluate preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The assessment encompassed the installation of CCTV cameras, provision of power supply and other essential facilities required during the electoral process.
