SRINAGAR: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar Mohammad Aijaz Asad a team of district administration Srinagar on Thursday visited Alamgari Bazar area in Eidgah Tehsil of the City where two residential houses were engulfed in a fire incident.
On the occasion, the team provided immediate assistance to the fire victims consisting of four families residing in the houses which got damaged in a massive fire incident.
The team assessed the damages caused due to the fire incident and expressed sympathy with the affected families on loss of property.
On the occasion, immediate assistance in the form of 40 blankets, 20 mattresses, 20 bed sheets and four kitchen sets were provided to the victim families.
In addition to this, Rs 5000 each were provided to all four affected families out of the Red Cross fund of district administration Srinagar.
