KISHTWAR, JULY 22: The district administration Kishtwar today convened a condolence meeting in honour of Bharat Singh Manhas, Secretary Jammu Kashmir Academy for Art, Culture & Languages (JKAACL), who died after a prolonged illness.
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav, ADC Kishtwar Pawan Kotwal, CPO Kishtwar Shahnawaz Bali, ACD Kishtwar Phulail Singh, AD FCS&CA/DIO Kishtwar Shafqat Keen and other District and sectoral Officers besides officials of DC Office Complex Kishtwar offered homage and tributes to the deceased on behalf of the district administration.
The officers and officials observed two minutes of silence and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and courage to the bereaved families to move on with life.
