RAMBAN, AUGUST 03: In a bid to enhance governance and citizen services, the District Administration Ramban under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, today imparted hands-on training to officers on the use of the JK Samadhan Portal.
The training session, led by District Informatics Officer, Prashant Kumar under the guidance of ADC, Varunjeet Singh aimed to equip officers with the skills to effectively utilize the portal for timely grievance redressal, tracking, and monitoring.
District and Sectoral Officers, Tehsildars, BDOs, and Dealing officers attended the training sessions through online and offline mode respectively.
The JK Samadhan initiative is designed to promote citizen-centric services, transparency, and accountability.
Key highlights of the training include understanding the JK Samadhan Portal’s features and functionality; effective grievance registration, tracking, and resolution; best practices for citizen engagement and feedback.
The training is part of the district administration’s efforts to ensure seamless implementation of the JK Samadhan initiative, enhancing citizen satisfaction and governance.
