KISHTWAR, NOVEMBER 04: District Level Committee on Change of Land Use (CLU) met here today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC Rajesh Kumar Shavan. The meeting was held to discuss and approve several CLU applications relevant to the district.
The meeting assessed 05 CLU cases in detail, resulting in the approval of 03 cases by the committee.
Each case was assessed based on its merits and potential impacts to ensure a balanced approach towards land use changes in the district.
The DC stressed the need to adhere to regulatory guidelines, ensuring that all CLU decisions align with the development goals and environmental priorities of Kishtwar district.
The meeting saw active participation from key officials, including PO ICDS/CEO KDA Rishi Sharma, ACR Kishtwar Idrees Lone, ACD Kishtwar Phulail Singh, SDM Marwah Mohammad Ashraf, SDM Chatroo Nayeem Ul Rehman, and other concerned officers.
