SRINAGAR: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Agriculture Production Department (APD) Atal Dulloo on Saturday chaired a meeting to review the progress on several Central Sponsored Schemes (CSS) being implemented by the Livestock Development Board (LDB) of Jammu and Kashmir at the Civil Secretariat.

During the meeting, Atal Dulloo took a district-wise review of schemes implemented by LDB and the progress achieved on implementation of these schemes. He impressed upon the officers to work with full commitment and dedication so that the desired results can be obtained on ground.

During the meeting, the ACS also discussed ways to improve milk production rate across Jammu & Kashmir. He asked the officers that field staff needs to be trained so that they can contribute to the objective of amplifying milk production here.

The ACS reviewed progress on uploading data on the Information Network for Animal Productivity and Health (INAPH) online platform. He asked the officers to expedite the process of uploading data on the portal.

Atal Dulloo also took stock of setting up National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP) call centres in Jammu and dictated that the same be set up throughout J&K as early as possible.
