LAM, LAROKA RAJOURI, MARCH 13: The District Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Team, led by Prof. Iqbal Raina (DNO), Prof. Joginder Singh, Prof. Ajaz Nazir, Dr. Sajjad Mir and Tanweer Ahmed Chowdhury, today conducted an extensive Electoral Awareness Campaign in Lam and Jhanger  border belt.

The primary event took place at Government Higher Secondary School Laroka, where students and local residents gathered for an informative session led by the SVEEP team.

Prof. Iqbal Raina, the designated Nodal Officer for SVEEP, answered questions from students, enhancing their understanding of the electoral process.

Before this, Prof. Joginder Singh engaged with the public in the main market, collaborating with the local Panch and provided awareness about SVEEP and asked them to bring every enrolled elector to the polling booth. The team also visited homes, ensuring the seamless spread of crucial SVEEP information, emphasizing the importance of active participation in upcoming elections.

The collaborative efforts of the SVEEP team, combining information sharing and community involvement not only increased electoral awareness but also garnered a strong commitment from the public to maximize their involvement in the upcoming election.
