Entrance test for admission in EMRSs conducted successfully

RAJOURI: The Tribal Affairs Department on Sunday conducted entrance test for admission in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in the district.
Pertinent to mention here that these two schools are located at Gurdhanbala village in Rajouri tehsil and Hubbi village of Kotranka Tehsil.
The admission entrance test for these schools was conducted in three designated centres at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Rajouri, Government Girls Model Higher Secondary School Rajouri and Government Higher Secondary School Kotranka.
The District Social Welfare Officer informed that the entrance test was successfully conducted under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Vikas Kundal.
He further informed that 692 students including 440 boys and 252 girls had applied for the test out of which 680 students including 437 Boys and 243 Girls appeared in the entrance test that was smoothly conducted in all the three designated centres.
