RAJOURI, SEPTEMBER 26: To ensure smooth and effective implementation of the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar & Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G), the Rural Development Department today organised a day-long training session for field functionaries here in the Conference Hall of PWD Dak Bungalow.
The training was conducted on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, to sensitise field functionaries about the provisions, planning process and implementation modalities of the new programme.
Earlier, Master Trainers from Rajouri had attended a State-level training programme at Jammu. These trained Master Trainers subsequently imparted the necessary orientation to field functionaries at the district level.
The participants were briefed on key aspects of VB-G RAM G and the preparatory requirements for the upcoming planning exercise scheduled for October 2. The training aimed to ensure that the planning process is undertaken in a coordinated, systematic and hassle-free manner at the grassroots level.
Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) interacted with the participating field functionaries. He stressed upon the importance of proper understanding of the guidelines and coordinated efforts for effective implementation of the programme.
All the Block Development Officers, Block Master Trainers and technical staff participated in the day long workshop.
The session concluded with emphasis on timely preparedness, effective coordination and proper execution of the planning process for successful rollout of VB-G RAM G in the district.
