JAMMU, DECEMBER 11: Government Degree College Marh in collaboration with SBI officials Rail Head, organised one day awareness cum outreach programme on home loan and different technicalities associated with the processing of the same under the guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Kumar Koul.
The Principal appreciated the effort of the Commerce Department and SBI Team for creating the financial awareness under the series of such programmes initiated by the college. He also emphasised on the significance of conducting such sessions on financial literacy so as to aware the potential customers regarding their rights and legal aspects along with potential benefits of such schemes.
A team of SBI home loan including Rohit Gupta Regional Manager Home Loan, Shahrukh Parvez, Deputy Manager Home Loan and Vivek Bandral, Branch Head Real Estate visited the campus and interacted with faculty members regarding different aspects related to Home loan as well as other products of SBI. In addition to providing a choice from a wide range of loan products and services to access easy and adequate finance, SBI home loans provide the opportunity to avail the best possible home loans available in the market for potential buyers along with plot purchase, repair-renovation and construction purposes.
During the interaction a large number of queries from the faculty on loans were addressed by the resource person on spot. The team assured the best possible help at the end of SBI regarding different facilities under the home loan category. Vivek Bandral, Branch Head Real Estate explained about the avenues of investment in real estate in different cities of the country with special focus on investment in Chandigarh city.
