SAMBA, JANUARY 20: Department of Dogri Government Degree College Vijaypur, in collaboration with Department of Hindi, organised a poetry recitation activity to commemorate ‘Republic Day 2025’.

The aim of organizing poetry recitation was to educate students regarding the importance of gaining independence, freedom and the constitution of our country. Republic Day is celebrated as a national event commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of India, and the country’s transition to a republic which came into effect on 26 January 1950.
