GMC Srinagar bids adieu to Prof Muzaffar Jan

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 30: The Government Medical College Srinagar, today bade an affectionate adieu to Professor Muzaffar Jan, Head of Department of Pediatrics, on his superannuation.

Secretary Health & Medical Education, Dr. Syed Abid Rashid Shah, Principal/Dean GMC Srinagar, Professor Dr. Iffat Hassan, Administrator Associated Hospital GMC Srinagar, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, CAO, HODs, faculty member, medical and para medical staff conveyed heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Muzafar Jan for his unparalleled services and contribution in the field of health and medical education.

The Secretary appreciated Dr. Muzaffar Jan’s tireless services, saying that his dedication to the field of pediatrics is inspiring, and his contributions to the healthcare system will always be remembered.

Professor Iffat Hassan, Principal/Dean lauded Prof. Muzaffar Jan’s commitment to medical education, saying that he has been a role model for the students and faculty, and his passion for teaching and learning has been a source of inspiration.

Several HODs also praised the services rendered by Prof Muzaffar Jan.
GMC Srinagar also acknowledged the dedication and tireless services of Javid Ahmad Estates Officer, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Sanitary Inspector and Showkat Ahmad I/c Electrician Children Hospital Bemina.
