JAMMU, MARCH 03: The Social activity Club of GCW, Parade Ground, Jammu organized a seminar on ‘New Career Avenues’ on 3rdMarch, 2025. The seminar was organized with a vision to enlighten the students about new alluring career opportunities.
At the onset, Dr. Shally Chadha, Convenor Social activity club address the gathering. Atul Vinod Duggal, Film Maker – AVD Motion Pictures, Founder Crown City Academy of Film & Television is the resource person for the event. He highlighted the importance of graphic designing, video editing, acting and social media influencing in modern era.
He interacted with the students with an opportunity to enroll them in the J&K’s first Govt. Certified film school in the said courses. Dr. Ravendra Kumar Tickoo, Principal of the college graced the occasion and appreciated the talks by the resource person. The event was attended by Dr. Sushma Chib, (Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics) Dr Surinder Singh Parihar (Convener IQAC), Dr. Anjali Abrol (Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry), Dr. Nitu Sharma (Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science), Dr Sushma Sharma (Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry) and Dr Atiya Syed (Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry).
