Hajj orientation, training programme concludes at Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, APRIL 24: The orientation-cum- training programme for Hajj pilgrims concluded at Islamia Faridia College of Education here today.
Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Ghulam Rasool and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abdul Qayoom- interacted with the Hajj aspirants on the occasion.
The aim of this program was to provide essential information and guidance to the 66 aspirant pilgrims to ensure a safe and successful Hajj pilgrimage.
Experienced trainers guided the Hajj aspirants about different stages of the Hajj journey, including the Hajj rituals, health and safety measures, travel arrangements, and other important aspects of the pilgrimage.
The programme covered a range of topics, and the conclusion marked an important milestone in the government’s efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of Hajj pilgrims.
Additional District Development Commissioner and SSP Kishtwar extended best wishes for the upcoming pilgrimage.
The training provided during the program will help the pilgrims perform the Hajj rituals with ease and comfort while also ensuring their safety and the safety of their fellow pilgrims.
Training was organised by J&K Hajj Committee under the close management of District Administration and under the supervision of Hajj Incharge District Kishtwar, Haji Ayaz Ahmed.
