JAMMU, AUGUST 15: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar today hoisted the National Flag at the premises of the Divisional Commissioner’s Office, Jammu to mark the 80th Independence Day.
The flag-hoisting ceremony was attended by officers and officials of the Divisional Commissioner’s Office, who participated with patriotic fervour in the celebrations of the national festival.
School students were invited as special guests on the occasion. The students led a soulful rendition of the National Anthem, adding to the patriotic spirit of the celebrations. The Divisional Commissioner felicitated the participating students and appreciated their enthusiastic participation.
Additional Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner and other senior officers and officials were also present during the ceremony.
