ITI, Polytechnic students shine at India Skill Competition 2024

JAMMU, MAY 21: Director Skill Development J&K, Sudershan Kumar congratulated students of Different ITIs for their success at India Skill Competition 2024.

The Skill Development Department of Jammu and Kashmir is proudly celebrating the remarkable achievement of its students at the prestigious India Skill Competition 2024, organized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in New Delhi on March 19, 2024.

The ITI students from J&K competed with talented individuals from across different ITIs of the nation, showcasing their expertise and vying for top honours in various skill categories. The students from ITIs of Jammu and Kashmir displayed exceptional skills and dedication, bringing home several medals and making the region proud. Their success is a testament to the quality of training and the emphasis on skill development by the department.

The Director expressed immense pride and joy over the accomplishments of the students. In his congratulatory message, he stated, “Our students have made us incredibly proud by winning medals at the India Skill Competition 2024. Their hard work, dedication, and the high-quality training provided by our institutes have been instrumental in their success. This achievement not only highlights the talent within ITI’s of J&K but also reinforces our commitment to fostering skills that meet national and international standards.”

The Director also extended his gratitude to the trainers and faculty members who have worked tirelessly to mentor and prepare the students for this competition. “Our dedicated trainers deserve special recognition for their unwavering support and guidance. Their efforts have been crucial in shaping the future of our students and enabling them to achieve such prestigious accolades,” he added. The Skill Development Department, J&K, remains committed to providing world-class training and opportunities for its students, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their chosen fields. The success at the India Skill Competition 2024 is a significant milestone in this journey and sets a benchmark for future achievements.
