Bandipora,Sep22: The Department of Animal Husbandry Bandipora in collaboration with the Lead Bank Bandipora today organized the weekly KCC (Kisan Credit Card) camp, as part of the Nationwide KCC Campaign at BVO Office Gurez. The camp was chaired by Dr G A Lone, CAHO Bandipora.
Other attendees include BVO Gurez, Dr Izhar ul Haq, VAS TU Bandipora, concerned Bank Managers, and concerned Veterinary Assistant Surgeon with the staff. During the camp, a total of 10 KCC cases, 10 PMJJBY (Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana), and 10 PMSBY (Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana) cases were sponsored.
Farmers were given awareness about various departmental schemes with special focus on the KCC scheme. CAHO Bandipora focuses on the inclusion of all the potential farmers in the ambit of KCC.
